Customer Success Consultant

Coindirect, is an exciting global cryptocurrency platform. We are looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join our team.

If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media and customer service, we would like to meet you. You will be the first line support for customer queries in a Fintech environment.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Responsibilities

● Respond to and resolve customer comments and queries within required SLA’s
● Escalate unresolved queries as appropriate
● Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
● Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
● Build relationships with customers and potential customers
● Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

● Customer service experience in a fast-paced high volume environment
● Excellent communication skills
● Excellent writing skills
● Hands on experience with social media management
● Attention to detail and ability to multitask
● Degree in Communication or relevant field (advantageous)
